One dashboard for the numbers that actually move growth
Skorlbiz pulls revenue, funnel and retention data out of separate tools and puts it into a single reviewable view — so weekly reporting stops being a manual spreadsheet job.
Status: initial build. The trial form joins the early-access list — there is no self-serve product to log into yet.
What Skorlbiz is meant to do
Three views, one weekly rhythm. Everything below describes the intended first product — it is written as a brief, not as a claim that the platform is already running.
Growth trend
Revenue and signups over time in one line chart, with the previous period on the same axis so a change is visible without exporting anything.
Funnel view
Visit → signup → activation → paid, each stage with its drop-off. The goal is to answer “where are we losing people” in one screen.
Cohort retention
Monthly cohorts as a simple grid. No predictive scoring, no AI recommendations — just the retention numbers you can check by hand.
The manual process this replaces
Not a market statistic — this is the actual weekly loop that motivated the project.
Numbers live in four places
Payments in one dashboard, signups in another, product events in a third, and last quarter’s figures in a spreadsheet someone renamed.
Someone exports CSVs every Monday
Copy, paste, fix the date column, rebuild the same chart. An hour gone before any decision is discussed.
The report is stale by the time it is read
Because it is manual, it happens weekly at best — so a bad funnel week is noticed after it ends, not while it is happening.
Definitions drift
“Active user” means one thing in the deck and another in the database. Skorlbiz keeps one definition per metric, visible next to the number.
Scope and limits of v0
Boundaries stated up front. If a capability is not listed as included, it is not built.
Where the project stands
First usable milestone, in order. No speculative long-term roadmap.
Milestone 1 — one dashboard, real data
Import a payments export, render the revenue trend correctly, and match the source totals to the cent. Until that reconciles, nothing else ships.
Milestone 2 — funnel and cohorts
Add the two remaining views on the same data model, with each metric definition shown inline so numbers can be argued with.
Milestone 3 — accounts and sharing
Sign-in, per-workspace separation, and read-only share links. This is the point where a free trial becomes something real to log into.
Current status
Initial build, pre-launch. This site describes the product direction; the domain and hosting are live, the application is not open for self-serve signup yet.
